The hot butter cheese steak is by far my favorite sandwich. I order from several different mr hero stores threw out ohio and thankfully I work around the corner from this one! The quality at this particular store is amazing! I come in several times a week. I just wish they had a better rewards program. Parking: Accommodates big box truck!
The food is great, and the customer service is exceptional. I had a wonderful time there this morning. I ended up ordering more for lunch than I initially intended. I highly recommend everyone to visit and experience the fantastic service and delicious food. Thank you, Mr. Heroes! My stomach is very satisfied.
During my lunch break, I waited in line for 30 minutes, which took up my entire break. I requested a refund, but they didn't know how to process one. I ended up spending my whole lunch waiting and didn’t even get to eat my sandwich.
I got a cheese steak the meat was over cooked, the onions were uneatable and I requested onions mushrooms and there were no mushrooms on my sandwich and the wafer fries were undercooked ? Book a table now
The food was really good. The waffle fries were great. This was my first time here. I will be back.

I ordered online and when I got there for the time that I put my food wasn't even ready.
