We made a reservation for 7:30, so not prime dinner time on a Friday night, arrived on time, was promptly seated and told someone would be over shortly to take our drink order. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and no one stopped. Multiple servers were tending to one table. Making eye contact with us, clearly aware we were there, but no one even came by us so we could stop them. After 15 minutes of being ignored we got up and walked out, headed over to Jack Astors where we didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes for drinks and service. Will not be coming back.
Very expensive for just an okay steak. I believe I could better quality for the same price point.
Our server went over and beyond in making our evening an enjoyable time. She was excellent.
