I have ordered online with Lieferheld.de. My food arrived lukewarm, over 40 minutes without any apologies or updates. I phoned the places and only got the message that the driver was on his way. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I had a green curry and Roti parata. Not very fresh ingredients , flavour of the curry was ok but way too liquid. I would not want this again. Disappointing experience alltogether.
The food is really good. Three stars are for the ambiance. The kitchen staff is very noisy. It's almost impossible for you to talk to each other if you sit indoors. But if you sit outside, or getting a take away, you will enjoy the food. I especially love there peanut sauce, its a must try.
Disrespectful behavior! Especially the guy operating the cash counter and because of him i had to cancel my order. I went there especially on a recommendation of a friend but this guy really don’t know how to deal with a customer. Concerned person should look into it plz
Generally good food, but customer service could be better. We sat outside and were instantly swarmed with wasps as there were a load of bins nearby. Good for the area, but a bit rough and ready. Book a table now
I order my lunch at least ones a week from ThaiXpert. it comes on time, its really fresh and hot. its sad to see that people mad so bad experience with them, I honestly liked it.
Ordered with Lieferando , it was delayed also not tasty. Tiramisu was full of ice not at all fresh even pizza wasn’t good
