I took the time to call my order in ahead of time so I can just walk in and it be ready. Well, that was of no use since it wasn't even close to being ready and the person that walked in behind me got their order at the same time as me. No apologies, nothing. I guess that's what you get when you franchise. Service disappointment.
wow so cheap I buy 3 boxes, 2 boxes of 30 pieces and 1 box of 12 pieces and wow how can u count short 12 pieces to only 10 pieces. come on, no matter how busy I'm doing, putting less on a customer purchase? what customer service?
Mr Puffs food as you would expect. Each time I visited, the staff has been nice and efficient. They will present the box content to ensure the order is made to satisfaction.
