I give this restaurant 5 stars solely for the manager who is always present. She works tirelessly to ensure that orders are processed accurately and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. You rarely encounter that level of dedication these days.
The roast beef sub was dry and lacked flavor, but the Italian sub was excellent. Unfortunately, the tater tots were cold and overcooked, though I still ate them because I was hungry. Also, the driveway was in poor condition.
I have lived here for 6 years and never ate at Mr Subb. I gave it a whirl and was impressed. In fact my kid is smitten and we had Mr Subb 3 times in 2 days. We ordered in store and via Grubhub, very satisfied.
