Many of the staff members at my school ordered from Mr. Subs for our field day today. Rich, the owner, was very easy to work with in coming up with a meal plan that worked for our staff. Not only did he deliver all the the sandwiches/chips/drinks at the requested time but he made another trip back to the school for a staff member whose order was not completely accurate. I have gotten rave reviews from our staff about their sandwiches and we are so grateful to Rich and his team at Mr. Subs for making this possible without breaking the bank. We are looking forward to this new field day tradition. I highly recommend Mr. Subs for the freshest of sandwiches, good portions, and amazing service!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but this was my first experience with terrible service. Our order was completely messed up—both of our sandwiches were wrong. When my mother called to address the issue, the woman on the phone was very dismissive. She mentioned they would be closing soon and just hung up, even though we had called 30 minutes before closing time. It seems there might be new employees, as this is the first time we've encountered an issue like this, and I am really disappointed.
I had an excellent experience with their catering services. The subs are fresh and delicious! I've ordered platter trays for small events multiple times, and each time, the service has been outstanding. Fresh bread, meat and cheese do not cut too thin, not too thick. Perfect balance of contingencies and large customer service (to boot axis salad). Not to mention names, but Mr Subs will definitely steal the place 1 from a local sub-shop I have visited for over twenty years. Great all-round experience
We ordered from Mr. Subs for a staff lunch and the sandwiches were fantastic. Rich was incredibly helpful in organizing the event. The subs were ready on time and included everything we needed. He went above and beyond to ensure our lunch was a success. We will definitely be coming back!
The cashier was unhelpful and refused to resolve an issue with my order. When I got home with the sandwiches, I discovered that one was missing an ingredient, and the tomatoes were completely white—none of them had the usual red color at all.
