Trey is so friendly and nice! Our daughter was having a hard time deciding what she wanted and he was super patient, made suggestions (in a helpful way, not a pushy way), and just generally did a great job making sure she was happy with her choices. He even gave her extra juice in her snow cone.We were really excited to see an ice cream truck in our neighborhood (we haven’t seen one in the year and a half we’ve lived here). It was an extra pleasant surprise to see that he has adult cupcakes ice cream, nachos, sandwiches, and all kinds of other stuff! We really hope he comes back!
Our facility hired the truck for an event. The ice cream was prepaid and vouchers were distributed. After management had left for the day, the employees no longer honored the vouchers stating that they would only be selling ice cream for additional money. So basically the kids running the truck got the upfront for the owner and then were doing under the table deals to try and pocket the money.Based on the positive reviews, I imagine the shop is upstanding but beware if you hire them for event services. Owner needs to be aware of employees dishonest behavior
We had the pleasure of having Mr. Sugar Rush at our neighborhood event again this year! Evan and his team are friendly, reliable and offer delicious options that are unique and delicious. Tonight, we enjoyed the Jack and Coke adult ice cream, it was yummy!
