Usually my reviews are ones that promote the business…but this one will not be that Review. My experience on 9/9/23 was not satisfactory at all. The employees were gathered outside smoking, playing in their and talking. Which normally is not my concern as long as my order is correct. The employees went back inside to make orders but not one person washed their hands or put on gloves. I waited the usual 15 minutes for my order and it was hot and fresh. When I made it home and started eating…I noticed a long stringy hair baked into the crust. So of course my family was not about to eat any of it. Subject: Feedback on My Recent Visit
I wanted to share my experience from April 10th. The girl with the red/pink hair who was working the closing shift seemed to be having a rough day, and unfortunately, it affected our interaction. I found out that you're not allowed to enter through the front door, which I wasn’t aware of. She expressed her annoyance and made it clear that she prefers customers to use the drive-thru instead of walking in to avoid having to walk to the register.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, while an employee ignored me and just stared. When someone finally did help me, she had a rude attitude. None of the staff were wearing name tags, but the woman with red-tipped hair needs to improve her customer service skills because she was very rude. She threw the order at me, didn't say anything, and walked away. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
First time ordering from this Mr. Jim’s and it was wrong. Ordered Jimstix with pepperoni and two pizzas with garlic Parmesan crust. We called and they said to bring the pizza back and they’ll remake the Jimstix. So we did and they literally poured straight up butter on the crust. Definitely not what I had in mind when ordering garlic Parmesan crust. Who pours just straight up butter on a crust! We rarely order pizza and the one time we do, we’re beyond disappointed.

I have been living in Texas for just over two years and had not yet found the perfect pizza place. My husband and I recently moved to the area, and he was hesitant to try them again because he had a bad experience in the past. However, we decided to give them a try a few weeks ago and now we can't get enough. We have to have them at least once a month now. Our favorite is the Chicken Premier - it is absolutely delicious.
I remmeber my first mr jims pizza when they first opened one up in keller tx, and as long as I can remmeber the pizza taste great and after all these years thier recipie hasn't changed much. Pizzas always looks soo good when it's hot and gooey!! Sticky fingers hands down my favorite and colorful with its ingredients. Thank you for being consistent and delicious you are always ny favorite pizza!

I didn't realize this place was still in business! I grew up just down the street and happened to do a DoorDash delivery here today. The pizza is still fantastic and a great value!

I always order delivery and my pizza is fresh and delicious. The white sauce with garlic butter crust, mushrooms, roasted garlic and roasted spinach is out of this world good.
This is actually my first Mr. Jim's experience. I ordered the sticky fingers. This is a damn good pizza.
