A pro is the unlimited Knott’s Jelly and Jam for toast and biscuits, but on the con side, some may find the pancakes too spongy, the grapefruit a little dry, and no fresh squeezed fruit juice available. There may also be longer lines after 10am.
The dinner menu at Knott’s is more impressive, with set menus that include fried chicken, pudding, pie, and mashed potatoes. The warm, buttery biscuits are a particularly tasty highlight. The atmosphere is very country, with all waitresses resembling white grandmas who embody the spirit of Mrs. Knott.

I have never tasted such terrible chicken and rolls before. I remember when this restaurant used to be the best, so I was incredibly disappointed when the chicken was tough and undercooked, the rolls were bitter, and the pie was inexcusable - no berries and tasted like it had been bought instead of freshly baked as it used to be. The restaurant desperately needs a refurbishment, and the tables were too close together and cramped. The only positive aspect was our server, who tried her best to improve the situation, but unfortunately, even she couldn't salvage the experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Great service, more than enough food, great atmosphere for those who love Knott's Berry Farm, we were actually able to be seated before our reservation time, and great value for the price. As a side note to Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant, I think it would only help to expand the menu selection by a few items such as roast beef or turkey slices a few times each month.
I’ve always enjoyed eating at Mrs. Knotts but, the last two times I’ve had their chicken lunch or dinner, the soup has always been lukewarm and overly salted. Mashed potatoes are very lumpy with huge hunks of potatoes and the gravy was a bit sweeter than usual and uncooked clumps of flour.

Great service. Decor has not changed. Good but does not compare with food in the 70s. Disappointed in pie. Much better pies in other restaurants. High prices. Iced tea $6.99. They do validate parking.
The chicken used to be very good. Today i found it to be dry and flavorless. Mashed potatoes and biscuits were delicious.
