Mr.sub Thunder Bay

We ordered subs from the Arthur Street location and 2 of the 4 were completely wrong. They mixed all of the toppings and condiments on the wrong sub and even got the bread wrong.I contacted Dell to explain the problem and found out that he was the manager at the Memorial store not the Arthur Street location but he still offered to remake the subs at his location and send them right out to us.I was very impressed with his customer service. Even though the error was not made at his location, he quickly dealt with it and we had new subs in no time.Thank you Dell, 5 stars for you!

Anytime I go to this location the service is amazing last week we went and a team of 3 guys kept service rolling along with a smile and chit-chat while getting our subs ready as well as today feb272024 early evening 7ish two ladies very good service friendly attitude and very team oriented making sure you get quick friendly service. My favorite sub place to go in thunder bay ontario. Keep up the good work staff of the Mr.Sub on Memorial Avenue in Thunder Bay Ontario

Had great service and food here always, now tonight was differnet, very rude manager or whatever she was, we had no meat on a classic sub, and she proceeded to say it was skip the dishes problem. Ok so apparently they make the food as well as delivering? Need the male manager back that knows how to deal with people and is actually a joy to talk too. Not my ordering place anymore because of her, oh and didnt get a name cause she refused to tell me
