Food was good, very mid but okay. Customer service terrible, this is my first time ever writing a review and its a shame the customer service was so bad that it pushed me to do it. The waitresses are so rude, made everything seem like a inconvenience for them, even while taking our order! The cooks who cook in-front of you don't talk or smile or joke or give the entertaining hibachi grill experience(it honestly looked like he just hated to be there which made it very uncomfortable for my family and I). It was just so bad and I work in food service swell and have never seen the employees so impolite and ill-mannered. Everything would've been so much better if it didn't seem like the employees...
Terrible experience. I had a glass of wine at the bar and placed a take-out order for my family. I requested a small side of ginger dressing, but instead received a pint. To top it off, the spring roll I ordered was missing from the bag, and we ended up waiting over 35 minutes for our food. If we had been dining at a table, we would have likely left. And let me point out, I was one of only two customers in the entire restaurant at the time. We've always enjoyed this place over the years, but lately, it feels like they're just getting to us whenever they feel like it. The food is still good—if you actually get what you ordered.

Definitely need reservations which we did have but we still had to wait a good 30 mins. Hibachi was fun for my son's birthday; other people there at same Hibachi were fun. I definitely recommend the beef instead of the lamb. Fun night; prices were good. We will be back.
We thoroughly enjoyed dinner date with my daughter at Mt.Fuji. Had a wonderful time . As always courteous and knowledgeable staff, fast service and always delicious food. Had to have the green tea fried ice cream. Highly recommend this place anytime.
My wife and I were about to head to the restaurant when we noticed a server approaching a woman in the parking lot. Asking for a bigger tip!? Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, my wife and I turned around and found somewhere else to eat.
This is a charming spot that's tucked away nicely. They offer outdoor dining, which is great. The atmosphere is pretty cool, and the food is delicious.
