We ordered boba as toppings, but they ran out of boba. They didn’t tell us ahead of time, or any customers after us that they ran out of boba. So we made our order adding boba(which costs extra money) with out knowing that they ran out of boba and they didn’t give us a refund for the boba. Because we ordered ten minutes before the store closed, we gave extra tips. And this is the result we got.
Quick service, great tea, great cakes/buns. Lots of different tea options. Has some nice lounge areas. Good location right on the edge of campus. Well lit and parking garage right next door. Seating is spaced enough to be able to hear the person you're talking to without shouting.You place your order on a kiosk. Does feel like the personal element of talking to another human being is vanishing.
This is one of my favorite boba places. They have lots of options to choose from and you can choose your sugar levels. Some of my favorite sweet items are taro milk tea with boba and ube milk tea with boba and cheese foam and all the wheel cake flavors! It’s always busy it’s so popular.
An impressive selection of outstanding teas! I appreciated the ability to customize the sugar content. The fruit tea was truly exceptional! Complementing it with a delightful milk cake made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable!
