Order number: 51505 A pizza was ordered via the company's own website. 65min delivery time. Unfortunately, 50% of the pizza was burned on the bottom and was no longer edible. You could also see how the burnt part was partially separated. No one responded to the company's two attempts to contact us via two different email addresses. A photo was attached as an attachment. Unfortunately, the soggy and cold fries couldn't convince me anymore. But there was plenty of ketchup. Unfortunately that results in 1 point for food and 1 point for customer service. Unfortunately for me it is not a recommendable verdict. Addendum, 7 days later: Supplier apologized via email and offered a replacement pizza.

Fortunatelly, we were all in a very good mood and an intention not to bracke the party; )otherwise me personaly would leave the okace realising the waiter doesnt speak a word of German..after trying to find a way to communicate and asking the owner some question, he showed he has nothing to do with our order and table, as the other waiter is responsible

Greetings. I ordered 4 pizzas on December 10th and unfortunately I have to say that I never expected the pizzas to arrive in a bad way. Without mozzarella and that little was burnt and dry. Pizzas not round but even looked like they were for children. A pizzeria that I would not recommend to others.

If you feel like waiting an hour for cold pizza from the delivery service, you've come to the right place. Ordered 1 pizza, waited an hour, after the pizza delivery guy was too stupid to find the door, it arrived and was cold. It's a shame, actually the pizza would have been good.
This is such an amazing authentic Italian restaurant, haven’t had such a great pizza in ages. Definitely worth a visit. Besides, the atmosphere is great, we didn’t wait long for food and the prices were very acceptable, given the high quality Italian ingredients used.
