Sometimes you have to go behind your roots and land in places like Gummersbach. In the Bergisches Land you can hike and eat waffles with hot cherries, but you often don't get out of good-bourgeois. That was before we discovered Millennial, so a Qype ach, Yelp recently said. There are two lines: the restaurant (gourmet) and the bistro (high daily kitchen). We decide, turn and turn. At the end we end up at the small menu from the restaurant. The various Amuse Geulle were excellent in the first category included a perfectly guessed pea ice idea and execution first choice.
