Muggel is a combination of cafe, bar and restaurant serving different menus throughout the day. We almost always come here for its breakfast offerings. For Euro, one can enjoy a generous portion of breakfast with a nice variety of cheeses, cold cuts, breads and...fruits. Breakfast is served till hours, so this makes Muggel a good place for brunch as well. Lunch is served from noon to tapas from to and dinner from to hours. We can imagine the staff are kept busy as service with a smile is rather rare, but at least they are polite. The indoor dining area is small and cozy, and there are a few tables in front for smokers and those preferring to dine alfresco, or peoplewatch over a cup of coffee...
We went there on a public holiday without a reservation. But we were early enough to squeeze in before other people got the place where we were allowed to sit and dine. The staff didn't expect so many people coming by, so they were short-staffed...but within a quarter of an hour they got an additional waiter. Even with this amount of guests they worked pretty fast, so we could finished within an hour to be ready in time for the next guests to come.
