My mother was visiting from London, so we decided to treat her to Afternoon Tea at this restaurant. When we arrived, we parked in the gravel car park. I had to take my electric wheelchair out of the car, but it was difficult to navigate over the gravel. My Mum had to ask someone for wheelchair access, and a man brought out a basic fold-up ramp. However, the gravel was deep and wet, making it impossible for me to reach the ramp. I got stuck, and was embarrassed when a staff member had to push me towards the ramp. Throughout the building, I encountered obstacles in every room and doorway that needed to be moved for me to pass through. This ruined our experience, and unfortunately, we will not...
Food was lovely, service non existent. After receiving our afternoon tea we didn’t see a member of staff again no one checked if we were ok or if we needed more tea/coffee the whole restaurant was full of customers but no staff. After an hour and a half I had to go into the hotel reception to find someone to ask for another pot of tea. The whole experience was really poor and I would not recommend afternoon tea at this hotel for this reason.
un sitio realmente muy bonito en el que pasar unos dias romanos con alguien. el servicio es de 5 estrellas y en la recepcion, nos atendio melisa, quien parece ser, una de las personas mas atentas, serviciales y profesionales, de las que uno/a podria desear al ir ha un hotel como ese. gracias melisa un abrazo. xxx
Went with four friends for a pre wedding celebration. Staff we're good but we had struggled to catch the waiter' s eye for top ups of tea etc. Sandwiches were a little dry as if left uncovered for some time.
