On 29 of March wanted to buy 2 scoop of ice cream for kids. There was a long queue to buy crepe so we just came straight to the ice cream station and the lady who was busy wiping the glass of ice cream fridge just refused to serve us because we didn’t make a queue! We didn’t cut the queue to buy crepe but just wanted an ice cream to take away. My husband didn’t want to argue and asked to leave immediately. But I would like to leave a message to management that this cases shouldn’t happen. It’s not right to stay queue with those who orders individually cooked crepes and who needs just scoop of ice cream. The lady was not busy serving customers. She just didn’t want to serve us.
