Always being a vegetarian ordering from an Indian is never generally a problem. However add to it the challenge of ensuring what you get is vegan friendly and is satvic no onion and garlic poses a challenge sadly to say many chefs just don't or can't feel they can take on. After a few false starts the staff at Mumbai 2 Go did their level best to understand our vegan and satvic friendly dietary requirements with the chef adapting the daal to be tasty and our needs. Absolutely appalled at the service I’ve just received from this restaurant. Order arrived without the naan bread that I paid for. They then proceed to tell me to wait 40 minutes for it to be sent out! Whilst my food is getting cold, they called me 10 minutes later to tell me that they believe that they gave my bread to me and I am calling to get a further one for free... £3 bread! Never been so insulted in my life. The person I spoke to refused to give me his name and claimed he was the owner. I highly doubt the owner of a business would treat a returning customer in this way so if the real owner sees this message I implore you to take action against this individual. This small and discreet little Indian restaurant has everything you need to enjoy a beautiful Indian authentic meal! Last night I ordered my dinner from here, thought it would be subduing as I had never heard of the restaurant, but to my surprise resembled the butter huhn, which I had in some of the best restaurants here! her disc wipe masala and garlic naan have further improved this meal! served with a side of pappadum, a place I would recommend for home delivery to anyone who likes Nordic food!
Mumbai 2 Go was excellent. The food was delicious and fresh, and arrived piping hot. The portions were generous and the flavors were exceptional.
