The menu is very well structured and the preparations are very good and well presented... but there are mistakes that should not be made in a restaurant with aspirations... such as serving the ends of a veal tenderloin as sirloin, spoiling the dish... a pity and also curious since my wife and I touched the ends, while the rest of the diners did not.
