Tucked away in a charming residential neighborhood is Munckee Bar Grill. It gives off a warm and inviting vibe, with reasonably priced dishes. Alissa was both the bartender and server, and she was excellent at making suggestions. The chicken quesadillas were delicious and served in generous portions. You might consider this a dive bar, but it's actually very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere without any questionable clientele. I didn't inquire if it's a family-owned establishment as I was engaged in pleasant conversation during my time there. They also offer outdoor dining when the weather permits. My only suggestion for improvement would be to lower the volume of the music.
This is a certified dive. This is where the fonz would hang out if he was around. Beautiful bar, beautiful wood work the night i was there the fireplace was lit and really set a mood. The owner was working the room brought my food came by and checked on it and made some small talk with us then brought us our next round with out asking. You have to add them on social media cause the food specials are crazy! One week it's free wings the next it lobster tails the next shrimp and hot honey quesadillas. Certified classic a great place to keep in your pocket for first dates and nights you wanna have fun!
What an incredible experience! I was in southern Jersey for a fishing trip and stumbled upon this gem while heading home. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly—they didn’t even write down my order, yet there were no mistakes. They have a great selection of cold beer on tap and in bottles. I even joked with them about moving 35 miles north just to be closer to this place. I will definitely be returning! If you go, make sure to try the Cuban sandwich; you'll be amazed at the size for the price!

Revising my rating for the place! In it's dive bar category it's 5 stars. Watching the cook work his magic and then tasting the delicious broiled seafood platter special was heaven. Wifey and I split this entree and there was plenty for both of us. Later in the night we had the best pirogies we ever had. Smothered in sweet sautéed onions. About 8 beers on tap and good service for the bartenders (2 young cuties) make a 5 star dive bar!
I just got home from Munckee, and I'm so glad we discovered this welcoming local bar and grill with incredibly delicious food. I ordered the grilled chicken quesadilla, which came packed with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, melted cheese, and jalapeños. It was excellent and quite large! I'm really pleased to have found this gem of a place, and it's clear that they take great pride in running a tight ship in everything they do!
This is a fantastic little hole-in-the-wall, an old-school bar with incredible food. Chef Hector is so friendly and truly cares about what he serves. I tried the Munkee sandwich, which features grilled chicken, spinach, Swiss cheese, and a delicious garlic aioli. My husband ordered the cheesesteak, which had a generous portion of steak. We will definitely be returning! Crystal provided excellent service as well.

Friday night, seafood night ,the best ever, plenty of it too, already went twice for the seafood, will have to try the other fare during the week!
