What an enchanting fish soup simply perfect! Kalbsrücken also very tasty but the supplement to me somewhat too one-sided and simply too heavy (potatoes, carrots and another beet).
A visit to the nice wine village of Saulheim led us to this very good restaurant. Nice restaurant with ambitious cuisine. Definitely worth a recommendation!
