Murphy's Taproom And Carriage House

Have been passing by here for a few years and wanted to try it out. We finally did for lunch and unfortunately we won’t be back. Our server was very friendly, but slow. Our food took a long time to come and when it did it was disappointing. Fries were room temp, New England clam chowder was as thick as chicken stock, and our wings seemed to have BBQ sauce (overly slathered on them vs the maple chipotle we ordered. Interior of the restaurant could use some cleaning. When you see the light hit the interior glass dividers you will know what I mean. The toddler high chair was covered in grime. Like someone threw it in a McDonald’s ball pit for a few weeks to collect leftover droppings and grease...

Ordered a rare hamburger came out well done not sure if anyone in the kitchen checks the orders returned it and got one that was raw ate it and paid that will be my last trip there two people $80 for lunch with drinks and another 20 for a tip it wasn't the waitresses fault Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We' ve been here so many times before . We arrived late. Yet the service is still outstanding! We will always come back here. Staff is excellent and food is delicious!
