Murray's Deli - Table reservation

I had a mixed experience here. I started with the seafood gumbo, akd although the base was decent-ish the seafood in my seafood gumbo' consisted of 85% immitation crab meat (the kind sold in grocery isles) with a few flakes of undistinguishable white fish. Big disapointment. My meal was supposed to be a philly chease steak. As a philly it was probably the worst attempt at a philly i have ever seen. It makes me eonder if they have.ever SEEN a philly let alone tasted one. Those negatives aside i will say this ... It wasn't a bad sandwhich (not good either, but above average). The prices were good and the people friendly. So, I will be back to give them another try despite voting not liking...r...

A nice change. For a moment after entering Murray's, Publius got a feeling with relief that he may not be in west Texas. A deli counter, wood booths, good lighting. Publius ordered a Ruben and tomato basil soup. Both very good. Simple food well done. A nice selection of beers. The only distraction was having to listen for your name to be called out when the order was ready, then having to hear everyone else's order being called out. Still this downgrade of service did keep the price nice. Food 22/30, Decor 21/30, Service 18/30.

Chick-ado Please!!!. Love Murray's, Great lunch hang out. Staff is so friendly, Speedy Service, Great Food. My fave is the Chick-ado with potato salad! Yum, Also the Tuna plate is a great choice if you want light. I have had it on avocado half and tomato. Either one are great.

Great Burger! I had the jalepeno burger. It was great. The bun was exceptional. The curly fries are made in house, not coated like most. Large beer selection and reasonably priced.

good! very good and fast. great burger and love the fritten also. local I've been a couple of times and love the place.
