The staff at this restaurant is really friendly. The food is affordable and tasted great! It's a wonderful little spot to grab a bite. They also offer many healthy options. The cashier, who might be the owner, brought our food to the table and chatted with us about the dishes and their preparation methods. Update: 8/28/17 - Still giving it a 5-star review. I've visited several times since my initial post, and every meal has been delicious. The staff is fantastic, and the place is very clean. The owner genuinely seems to care about his employees and his work, which I really respect.
I often visit Muscle Maker Grill for lunch because they offer great food in a very clean atmosphere. The customer service is superb and the restaurant in spotless. Test this theory by checking out the garbage cans/bussing area. They maintain that area so much so you don 't have to worry about shoving trash or putting your plates/bowls in an overcrowded area. My favorites are Caesar Salad with ground beef and the Arizona. The food also comes out very quickly, so I can eat and get back on the road. Thank you Muscle Maker Grill!
EDIT: The service has improved was good the first few times, I usually order on the phone or online and then 15 minutes later. The last two times I arrived there, I had to wait 15 -20 minutes, because I guess they're preparing their food plan stuff. I could stand, but now twice. I just don't have enough time to wait there. Especially when Essen Ins comes after I'm there and their food is served before me.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is both delicious and healthy, and the owner is a genuinely nice person. While the prices aren't the cheapest around, they're also not overly expensive, and the portion sizes are quite generous. Overall, I believe it offers great value for money.
