This was my 2nd time coming to this restaurant and it 's very much safe to say, that this was my LAST!!!!!I very much encourage everyone considering to come to this restaurant to go across the street for better food and customer service.We arrived to the restaurant on a Saturday at 5pm (opening with a reservation for a party of 8. When we got inside, there was only one other small family dining in. The lady (who is extremely rude, has no manners and poor customer service showed us our reserved table which included a booth/chairs. We had lunch here in Feb 2023. They now have a panchan bar which is really neat, and the food was pretty good overall. Unfortunately, they have ridiculously strict and punitive rules 8n an effort to control costs. For example, everyone in your party must order at least $15 of food or no one at the table can go to the panchan bar. They specify that this includes children, and further specify that this includes all children 35 or taller. I wonder if they 'll actually get out a yardstick if you dare order your 5 year old less than $15 of food.They also charge for leftover containers. Had a really bad service from this restaurant after waited for awhile to be seated. We gave the waiter our main course order while getting the side dishes. After that, I was looked again at the menu because it was my first time eating there and I want to order some more food but she just grabbed the menu from my hand. I dont want to react at that moment because they might put something on our food. Its not only us that she's giving bad attitude towards customers. Another group of Filipino is having a bad experience too. She made them pay for some left over side dish that the kid cannot finished. They said they will never coming back here. We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The food was average and the service was very bad. We only gave 2 stars for the banchan bar. The lady who served us was very mean and gave us attitude when we tried to order our food. We decided to leave without eating after the lady's behavior ruined our night.Food: 3/5
