Hacing recently moved back to the 'peg I was so excited to get to Myers for a corned beef sandwich. Seems like new owners? They didn 't have Schneiders corned beef (not their fault) so I opted for some onion lavash and spinach dip instead. I found the lavish seemed stale and not very crispy, but oh well,crackers sitting uncovered will do that... Then I opened the spinach dip. Blech. I almost never return food but the spinach dip tasted utterly rancid, like the mayo was way past its date. So disappointing.
We just devoured some deliciously, mouthwatering sandwiches; mine was the Montreal smoked meats, and after much deliberation, the hubby had finally settled on the corned beef. The meats were juicy, super tender, and piled high in between two generous slices of fresh and moist rye bread. We will definitely be back again, real soon!! Loved the friendly, personal service and hospitality as well! Great to support local business!!
My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick bite this afternoon, and were greeted by such lovely and kind people. The sandwiches we had were some of the best we’ve ever tasted, and the owner greeted us and gave us complimentary bottles of water and then some cookies on the way out too. Above and beyond, will be back for sure. Our new favourite place to eat.
Happened to stumble on this place since it was close to my airbnb. Got the Montreal smoked meat and roasted turkey sandwiches. Both were amazing, hot Dijon mustard definitely has a kick to it! Price was reasonable too. Lovely gem of a place with a wonderful atmosphere and very friendly and generous staff.

I stopped in the other day to try for the first time, and was greeted so kindly. I ordered a sandwich, and they packaged some cookies in for dessert as a nice surprise. The owners are so kind, not to mention the sandwich was just so great! Thank you again! ̈ highly recommend!
I can't believe I haven't left my review here. My dad showed me Myers when I was young, and I have been enjoying it ever since. My go to is the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. This gem is a must go to for anyone who hasn't tried it out yet
Stopped by and tried the beef brisket and smoked Montréal sandwiches. I was warned the brisket would be fatty, but I was not prepared for the meat to be majority fat, which made it hard to eat. The bread was nice and fresh. Nice staff.
This place is great. The experience of simply walking into the shop is worth the stop. The people and food are a welcome bonus. I love their fresh sandwiches, homemade soups and salads. Take out or dine in for lunch.
