My partner ordered two chicken shish at 19.10,he was told they'd be here within the hour. At 20.28 they had not arrived..he rang and was told they were just leaving the shop and would be here within 10 minutes. At 20.36 they arrived,the driver said it wasn't his fault. We opened the trays and both kebabs were cold. My partner rang again to inform that they were cold and would like a refund...he was told they would make them again,well that would mean possibly not receiving them until after 10 p.m so he said no he wanted a refund. He was then told the manager would call,he is still waiting..time now 21.05!!!! Will not be using this company again.
Ordered via Just Eat but the food arrived 30 mins late. We phoned after 15 mins late to be told it was just around the corner, but not sure which corner as I had to call 15 mins later!!!!!! We were told it was the top man who was delivering our food, so when it did arrive I challenged him on the service, but just kept shrugging his shoulders and indicated he needed to discuss when back at the restaurant, but I had to remind he was the top man and could make decisions!!! He really didn't care, didn't have any customer loyalty and really lacked any care or concern ......bye, bye Mystic Diner as we won't be going back!
Should we stop going to Mystic Diners? It seems like they are not accommodating to customers with unusual preferences. I enjoy large pizza slices, similar to those found in New York City, and it's just my personal preference. It appears they have difficulty with this (the kids' pizza is sliced into 6 or 8 pieces, yet they can't figure out how to do the same for a large pizza?!). So I requested that they not slice my pizza, as I am willing to do it myself. Unfortunately, they still failed to accommodate my request and I received my pizza with a bunch of tiny slices. Frustrating, to say the least.
Ordered two shish kebabs one chicken on lamb, rang order through at 5.48 we were told food would be here within the hour, one hour later and after a phone call inquiring where it was, they said it was on its way.. fifteen minutes later it arrived It looked nice, but cold kebabs are for Sunday morning after a night out! NOT when you are looking forward to a nice hot tasty kebab. We were not impressed in how long it took or how cold it was.

I’d give less than one star if I could, quite simply don’t offer a delivery service if you can’t get the food in a reasonable time frame. Food was cold, we hd the same problem last week but appreciated they were probably busy. Ordered 2 x medium kebabs, a real lack of meat and no more chicken than what we’d had in the small kebabs. Sorry Mystics, you’ve lost our customers for good after we have you a second chance.
Ordered a takeaway using Just Eat app. Food arrived pretty fast. Chicken kebab and salad with sauce x 2. Salad was pretty poor. Half a tomato and very sparse salad in both. Come on now, how cheap is salad! The sauce should be in a pot and not put over the dish. Once bitten so will definitely not be using these guys again.
I have been a loyal customer but received absolutely no service at this restaurant. The Just Eat dining experience lacked soul and service. The overall experience felt lifeless and the food was mediocre. There was nothing special or memorable about this restaurant.
Ordered meals on just eat! Chicken kebab and a chicken wrap with chips. Delivered when they promised. Very tasty , little expensive but everything is going up in cost!

Food arrived on time via Uber Eats but it was stone cold and only fit for the bin. Called them to report the issue but they did not want to know.
I ordered two different dishes from this restaurant. Both were cold and lacked flavor. I will not be ordering from here again.
