After a few minutes the young waitress came and as we had no table reserved, she wanted to give us the “Catine Table” at the entrance. because of our demand, we were allowed to make a better table. it is the nam and a smaller and simply furnished restaurant. the prices are, in my opinion, very favourable and therefore an assessment must be taken into account. of the about 10 tables were 3 occupied, on the other tables stood a preserved sign. sushi and sushimi are freshly prepared for the counter after ordering. during our stay some “except house” guests were served. it was a slightly overwhelmed young fem...

And indeed we had an wonderful Japanese dinner with plenty of sushi and with an wonderful and nicely weitheress Mihaela who help us to decide what are the most tastiest sushi rolls. I can confess that it was an hard choice because everything was so tasty and fresh. So I recommend this restaurant to all of you want to try tasty and freshy sushi rolls. Sushi and starters (summer rolls) were really good and tasty, unfortunately the main dishes didn't...fullfill our expectations. They were arranged nicely, but even if both dishes were tagged to be hot, none of them was even spicy, not even a tiny little bit. The taste was mediocre, nothing too special. Me and my wife had an excellent meal and of course a new discovery of Vietnamese cuisine in Nam restaurant in Hilden! A fantastic hreen Salad with papaya, mango and peanuts. A delicious Fish Plate excellent cooked and a sushi variation fresh made. The staff...very friendly and the atmosphere warm and quiet. The dessert was ice cream with unforgettable flavors... I impressed of this experience and I promise that I will come back with my friends also.
We have been several times to this restaurant which has a second location opened nearby and we love the variety, Excellent sushi and sashimi. Even for vegetarians they have a nice spread of good food. My favorite is the Udon noodle soup with chicken in...curry. My family likes the dragon rolls a lot. Kind service and a selection of good wines at decent prices
We spent a wonderful evening at the nam. Without making a reservation we got a very good table and were treated perfectly. Food has been delicious and prices are very good. So we have not been there the last time. A big thank you to...all the guys and ladies making this evening a good evening at the nam!
I arrived to nam specially from Dusseldorf due to the high ranking. I general it was nice and not more than that. The tuna looks not fresh and the gyoza was over cooked. If you’re local try it and if not no need to go...especially.
