Title: Disappointing Decline in Quality and Service at Namikos I recently visited Namikos, a sushi restaurant that I have been patronizing for thirty years. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me deeply disappointed. The decline in both the quality of food and the level of service was stark and disheartening. We just visited this place for the first time tonight and it was amazing! The atmosphere was so inviting with beautiful art and comfortable tables. The service was impeccable! Our first appetizer arrived at the table in about 4 minutes and the staff was so attentive and friendly the entire time. Our Sushi was delicious! We absolutely cannot wait to go back, don't pass this place up! It is a little unassuming from the exterior but the best sushi and service and atmosphere we have been to thus far! THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC I came upon Namikos restaurant from a friend that recommended it. I came in tonight with some friends right in the middle of a mad rush and although short staffed, you could tell they were trying hard to make sure all guests were taken care of. Food was delicious. The tanks are gorgeous. The staff worked hard and explained they were short staffed. I have been in the service industry for over 15 years, who wouldn’t be a little stressed in a ‘short staff’ situation? This place is great! Would recommend 100%!!! This is one of the best sushi restaurants in the Denver area. Their fish is delivered by plane, and is 10/10 quality. I had the Aries roll, and the scallops were cooked perfectly.
