I called in for a pick-up order, and the girl on the phone was both knowledgeable and friendly. When I arrived at the store, my pizza was ready, and the staff there was also very welcoming. I was back on my way home in no time. The pizza was hot and delicious! I noticed they have other menu items like sandwiches and pastas, so I’m definitely looking forward to trying those since the pizza was excellent. I highly recommend this place!
I don't want to be overly critical because the pizza was decent, but to me, it felt like a subpar version of Giordano's. Additionally, it was quite expensive. The crust was very soggy, and dare I say, there was an excessive amount of cheese. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and there were maybe 10 slices of pepperoni on the entire pizza. I wouldn't order this again as it didn't offer good value for money.
The deep dish Vini's Special is one of my all-time favorite deep dish pizzas. The owner and his team consistently go above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful experience here, and we are more than happy to continue supporting him and Nancy's! Change of owner must be new to rolling dough. Pizza late twice and 20 mins early in last three orders. They need to work on things quickly or they're going to lose business.
I love Nancy's but the customer service at this location has really declined. The last few times I've ordered I've had to wait over 10 minutes past my pick up time.
TERRIBLE service from new owners, Wait times are way over what are given. The sauce tastes sour. The pizza is way over priced! I definitely got food poisoning.
