After viewing the adds on TV we wandered to Nandos for a grilled chicken dinner as per advertisement. Boy were we disappointed when the meal arrived at our table. Firstly the grilled chicken was cold. Secondly it had been badly cooked and lastly and importantly it was poorly presented on the wooden serving board. Our table wobbled so much on its legs that we had to move to another table in this rundown restaurant. The presentation of our meal was nowhere like what we had seen on TV. Often my company will order an office lunch for everybody while we're having a monthly meeting or during a special occasion and this month we ordered Nando's.Call them prior to the time you want to collect the order and given enough notice, everything will be immediately ready for your collection upon your arrival at the designated time.The food is delicious, of fantastic quality and the best thing about Nando's is that you can cater to everybody's taste with the choices of basting and extras available. I usually enjoy Nando's, but my first (and last) experience at Nando's Spearwood didn't make me want to hurry back any time soon. My chicken burger took ages (15-20 minutes) to arrive, and when it did the chicken was so dried up and chewy that I had trouble biting through it. Unfortunately I didn't have time to complain and wait for a replacement, and I was so hungry that by then I would have eaten just about anything they served me. It's not as if the place was busy; there were five or six other people in there at the most.I can sum up this branch of Nando's with one word. Avoid.
I am impressed with the friendly staff and delicious wraps, chicken, rice, and spices at this restaurant. The boss is very kind and handles complaints professionally. I also appreciate the fun touch of receiving a free balloon on your birthday. The only downside is that the food takes 2 minutes to arrive, which may be an issue if you are in a rush. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant as it exceeds the standards of most Nandos. Keep up the great work!

Visiting family in Coogee, and on my way thru decided to pick up some dinner. There is plenty to choose from and even though I took awhile to decide, the staff were still patient. I added more onto that order after a few minutes wait, and it wasnt a problem. There wasnt a big wait, the price was ok and the food was great.
I ordered a catering package to be picked up at 12:30 pm and had to wait until 1:10 pm until everything was ready.
Fave. Don't care what anyone says, this is the best nandos. Best food and service by far! Love this place!!!
The customer service at this restaurant is always excellent and I have never had a bad meal there.
