I don't know how this place survives..most probably it's position next to woolworths that keeps it alive. Numerous times have been here and always disappointed. Chicken dry hardly any sauce. Always forget to give us our drinks. The straw that broke the camels back was a party a relative had for the family. After spending $300 for sub standard food, I knew I would never go back there again. Travel to calamvale Nando's now.
I can't believe the service standards provided at this restaurant, the air conditioning seem to never work and the food standards are disgusting. Never get served by the girl with tattoos, she doesn't know anything about customer service and was extremely rude, like it was a nuisance to do her job. Ban this place.
Very first time and found Nandos to be much better than other fast food restaurants. Enjoyed Supreme Chicken Wrap and as a Side a Bowl of Spicy Rice. You helped yourself from different degrees of hot sauces, knives & forks, serviettes etc Waiter brought out...More

Excellent food served with Full chicken, hot sauce and authentic chips. We have tried different types of sauces without any refusal by the staff. Chicken roasted to perfection. No problems with serving staff. Quick serve and not much waiting.
Today my wife ,son and i got served the worst chicken ,Sauce on one side and charcoal burnt on the other. Not happy at all.Standards are falling down due to careless staff I wish i had spent my money on KFC
Must say the two times I've come here that the service was good but when you go to get glass that there not really clean or haven't been dried properly
