4 of us were here last night. Meals were brought out one at a time with several minutes in between and one order did not arrive at all. Girl at the till said we never ordered anything else yet knew what sides had been ordered to go with the apparent non-order. No apology, no discount, no offer of a refund. Just told order would be added on and waved the card machine in our faces. Another order the chicken was rubbery and under cooked. Same girl who claimed to be the manager took the plate away, brought it back saying too much had been eaten to offer a refund and tried to put the plate back on the table. nando is absolutely fantastic and does not need any introduction. the signature sauces are delicious and complement the juicy huh very well. I was not too impressed by her burgers, but then nando’s is known especially for his hun. among the sides I recommend the kartoffels or the pommes. had only once the garlic bread and regretted this decision since. this special nando’s is really very crowded and I had to wait for a table for more than 30 minutes for more than one occasion. So I suggest you go early and take a table as long as you can.
We are a large family of 5. Ordered food around £100. After waiting 45 minutes and on enquiring we were told that our food was given to the wrong table who consequently ended up eating our order! The waiter was completely unapologetic and the manager did not reimburse or compensate our order in anyway.They just made us wait until they made our order again. . Just a plain apology was given for the mistake made which they tried to make out to be our fault.
as nando is everywhere, this great flame grilled huh. I loved it until the last time. especially the chicken liver was so delicious, it is a safe repetition when I come to visit here. the pieces were very juicy and cooked for perfection, they simply melt in our mouth. all sides were good. can't say much about the service here as it is a self service place. great place for a family dinner.

good Portuguese cuisine, on an affordable price, with quality service, lots of space, a stunning view over the river, and with space to bring the whole family with their children, etc. the only part of my view is somewhat overdue, compared to genuine Portuguese food served in portugal. this is however a very good option.
Very rude manager , we been here week ago , our order give them wrong table and we waiting more then an hour , at last food served and later on we spoke manager regarding this issue and not give us reasonable response , he is very rude Not happy at all of this branch
Ordered food for collection and it was lovely, great customer service from the staff and manager and even made my food earlier to accommodate my early arrival as it wasn’t busy at this time! Definitely recommend
