I generally eat at Nando's camperdown but had to go there due to some work nearby. My God wot a mess. If I owned Nando's I would cancel this franchise n fine them a million dollars on the spot. The joint is filthy. I asked...for some plates, they were dirty, showed them n got clean plates .. but still dirty..chook was tough n appeared stale. The manager with stripped shirt looked disheveled n unmotivated or uninterested. I have seen this attitude in a couple of Nando's joints, it must be Nando's attitude. I ordered the delivery of chatswood nando 's about the official nando 's website. this is served by door dash. eating never showed up. I saw how the status doordash was changed to 'the order canceled'. I finally managed to call the restaurant, and they advised that the door Dash driver had let the food fall on the whole floor, so he had just canceled the order. it would have been nice if they had informed me, hey? they would not sort out any more delivery if I wanted to eat that I had to place a NE order on the website and I would also have to apply for a refund by raising a support ticket. so that 's a lot of admin to get no diner so I can strongly recommend nando 's chatswood when they are...
I've been here a few times. they are overcrowded in the regular overwhile, and if this happens their food quality goes drastically, cutlery sets are not available, tables are left unclean and they will be made to wait up to 30 minutes. there are days their kitchen...misses the commands and they must follow to make sure they are cooked! their service is slightly better if they are not overcrowded.
I regularly eat at different Nando's restaurants, however I will not be returning to this Nandos. The chicken was quite small and dry compared to the usual Espatada's that I eat at other stores. Also, I purchased some Sweet Potato Fries and they had been...burnt to a crisp. Other then that, the store was a clean environment and the staff were quite welcoming and friendly.

we ordered a chicken paella from chicken breast and added a side of the chicken breast to the order for $4.50, then over her spicy rice. it is a new product and we enjoyed it. that's a lively situation. we have taken away...and have not eaten in the restaurant, so can not comment, wait staff. the person who took my order at the front was helpful.
Always coming back here, the mouth watering chips are to die for, being served by friendly staff. The food has a bit of a zang to it but it is sooooooo good!
The peri-peri chicken that they have is nice. The peri-peri sauce has a very unique taste. The hot variety is nice. The seating space could have been better
