The person taking my order mentioned it was a manager's rule that they couldn’t fulfill my request, which was frustrating. What really took the cake, though, was when he admitted that he also requests two breasts when he orders! I felt like I was going in circles with him, and eventually, I opted for the breast and leg instead.
The food arrived fairly quickly and tasted good, but if you're a breast lover like me, I'd recommend going to a different Nando's—places like Beckton, Ilford, Stratford, or Loughton, where they happily swap a leg for a breast. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location since they can't meet my preferences! Still, I remain a fan of Nando's ove...
we originally went to the retail park nandos in enfield and then went to enfield town due to food shortage. yet our trip to the enfield town was a great one. the service was absolutely error-free and truly spectacular. the host chichi of course...the restaurant with such an amazing pleasant setting and care. cj was pleasantly helpful and beautiful and along with the way the staff worked and reacted to each other, showed the contempt they have for each other, which created a great team and turned out that I could simply appreciate our visit. in any case, back to this nandos and hope to see the same team thanks to you chichi, cj and the rest of the team, we appreciate them and their service.
Came today for a take out as we’d been rushing around after riding our horse. We were desperate to eat and Nando’s with its new ‘imitator’ really was a good choice. Vegans really can dine out so much easier than even a year ago! Food...was piping hot and delivered quickly. A little thank you to my lovely server ‘Jade’, who was super friendly and polite, and didn’t judge my muck boots being in the restaurant Thank you Nando’s for making a tiring day just that little bit better.
I visited this restaurant during the pandemic. The process of having to scan a barcode to book a table upon arrival was not ideal, especially since there was a wait in the rain. Fortunately for me, it was only cold. Once we were seated, table service was provided. We had to order our food online from a limited menu. Additionally, you had to request a refill for your drink. On the positive side, the food was cooked very quickly and we were in and out in just over an hour.

I can only give this restaurant three stars because we had to wait for a table and were seated at a very cramped table near the drinks machine. We waited for a full minute before we could even place our drink orders, and they didn't offer any dip to accompany the hummus or garlic bread. This is the reason for my three-star rating.
My partner and I chose to dine at this restaurant. We had to wait about a minute to be seated, which is understandable since Nando's is usually quite busy. After placing our order, our food arrived quickly and was served hot. The food at Nando's consistently tastes fantastic, regardless of which location we go to.
Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff goes out of their way to make me feel special. I came here with my kids, and they generously provided coloring books, allowing my wife and me to enjoy our meal in peace. This is, without a doubt, the best Nando's I've ever been to!
We ordered worth of takeaway for my sons Birthday today I was super worried that one of the kids would be left without a meal as Mc Donalds and KFC can never get our order right! Slightly concerned when it notified me later that our food was with the driver and on its way....
