meal would have been ruined by the screaming baby next to us if there weren't float for the amazing blonde manager in a white t-shirt and give some of the best customer service I've ever seen. she was so sweet and understanding, got the personal to give a lolly for his teeth pain and spent age groups chatting with his parents about her own little one. could not owe the rest of the staff, but she was an absolute close! thank you for saving our ears!
we had a wonderful time here on Saturday 25th March. our waitress gary was brilliant, he was so friendly and helpful, generally really looked around us. we can not praise the staff and eat enough. we had a lot to eat, a bottle of wine, 2 beer and ice for £60, just £15 pp. we like nando’s always, but we love the harlow water gardens nando the best. there are the employees brilliant.

the best Nando’s I’ve ever had is excellent and the staff is very customer-oriented. I don’t eat in other Nando’s, as it had many bad experiences at other Nando’s. harlow nando is always our first choice when in the city.
