We ordered one chicken in pitta and 2x kids meals. The meals were delivered without any drinks and we had to find someone to ask for this. We then started to cut up the food for the kids and eat the pitta wrap and all the chicken was freezing cold. This was rectified pretty quickly, however it put us off the food. We ordered 2nr kids meals which were exactly the same and only one of them came with a corn on the cob. After eating for 25mins of eating a server had come with the drinks we ordered at the start asking us if this had already been dealt with or if we ordered more. Now if we didn’t ask for these at the start these would have taken 25 mins to arrive and we were pretty much finished....
I used to go ti nando’s for some flavour from home, but it is not what it use to be. The chicken is boiled not grilled anymore. They put their prices up and the quality went down. The authentic taste of the Portuguese chicken is gone. The bottomless machine needs the soda pupe change. And for last the they need a new cleaning crew, the way to the wc was so dirty and the wc as well.
Went with granddaughters for their birthday treat. Service was very quick, food was lovely. We were served by a friendly young man, Loyi, I think his name was. Made the girls feel special.
In and out in 45 minutes. Starter main and drinks. That's the order they came out but that's because the staff behind the tills were very busy. We ordered through the app

Burnt my burger bun, didn't put any chilli jam in the food, put lettuce in my food when I specifically asked them not to.
