As always, the main meal, the food was delicious. I enjoyed my PERi PERi Chicken Bowl. I took away one star because for the first time, I tried the Barely Baked Brownie, sadly the brownie was barely there. Paying almost $4 for the tiny square, was sad, I cant spend my hard earned coins like that. Nandos, consider providing a larger portion or reduce the price. I tried to "stretch" the brownie eating experience but easily one or two bites and youre done. I felt ripped off and would not order that desert again at that price.
Food is great as always. Tables not cleared so have to request and wait for a clean table, even when the restaurant is empty. Employees on phone and not paying attention. Asked 3 times with my family of 7... then ate in a dirty dining room surround by empty, dirty dishes and half eaten food. Atmosphere is part of the experience. A clean dining room makes the food taste better because you're more comfortable.
The cozy and welcoming atmosphere was truly outstanding, making us feel extremely welcomed. The staff, with their exceptional warmth and expertise, went the extra mile to make sure our experience was exceptional. And, as anticipated, the food was absolutely amazing, impressing us with its delicious offerings.
I went to the restaurant on Friday night and received exceptional service during my entire meal. Every staff member I encountered was fantastic!
