yesterday with two friends to eat. we arrived and were informed about a minute waiting when we came back for our booking of a table for three, we were hit by a dame in a long gray coat and goggles called melonie,...the first impression was quite powerful with the other workers who seemed very busy to run after their instructions. Despite booking for a table of three we were on a table for it was a very cold day due to the recent storms and thereby the large table for the right opposite the door was often due to the constant cold draw from the door opening. when we arrived for our table, we were first accompanied to a table that was only two people when our party was three. then we were moved through the door to a larger table. it was very cold every time the door was opened and closed and made us all feel very comfortable. we wanted to say something to one of the employees and ask to be moved, but we have overheard a worker in a long gray coat and glasses, say to another employee that if they come someone else and tell them they were cold, they would meet them. This place is dirty, staff touching the touch screen for food orders then going straight over to the food area sorting food out, women staff with long pony tail all over the place going in and out where all the food is, and the toilets...well!!! …. Disgusting
