loos like Japanese eating taste like a little Japanese but it is not Japanese! for a star I ask for medium cooked noodles, they are where hard giozza are in a series of 4 in every Japanese restaurant that I was in japan (1.5 live there) and that. rest of the world here is 4! I recommend this to everyone who knows Japanese ramen
Ramen was flavourful but a bit on the oily side. Service was efficient we queued up outside just before the store opened and the staff quickly seated everyone and took orders at top speed. The store itself itself was dimly lit, which created a...nice ambience reminiscent of Tokyo nightlife.
A specialized ramen restaurant with home made ramen and a number of broths. They will definitely taste the difference in freshness. Definitely worth a trip to this Ramon-Gleich! Apparently, the Perth tribes that know their ravens go to a meal. Very recommended.
