Fuimos a comer y encargamos un arroz para tres personas: si vas a pedir arroz tienes que hacerlo en el momento de la reserva. En nuestro caso pedimos arroz del senyoret para tres. Las raciones están bien calculadas, aunque cuando te traen la paella parece que sea demasiado grande. Esto es porque cocinan el arroz en una capa muy fina, lo cual creo que es un acierto. El arroz salió muy bueno. Los entrantes están basados en productos tradicionales pero confeccionados de manera moderna. Muy recomendables. Teníamos ganas de conocer este local porque teníamos buenas referencias. La terraza es muy agradable y la cocina es muy correcta, pero tuvieron algún despiste en el servicio que no vimos bien, como cuando pedimos mandonguillas de bacalao como uno de los entrantes y nos tomaron nota para decirnos veinte minutos después, cuando estábamos esperándolos, que se habían acabado. También echamos a faltar un carta un poco más amplia en los segundos con un sólo plato de carne (lomo bajo) y varios de pescado, pero no especialmente según mercado y que nos ofrecieron bacalao, rodaballo o dorada, pero nos hubiera gustado encontrar más singularidad como Escorpa, Mero o San Pedro. Our experience at Napicol restaurant was not a good one. There is only an online menu which I find discriminatory. The online menu is in Spanish only and no waiter speaks any other language than Spanish. Prices for fish are not in the menu, one orders without knowing how much it costs. For the desert, one has to ask as it's not written anywhere. Waiters pay little attention to customers, they forgot my husband's main dish (never came with it nor were they apologetic about it) and we had to ask for the bill twice as they, again, forgot about it. Location : Out of Valencia near Beach Meliana Service : Average Food : Spanish food This is a Michelin 2024 restaurant. The place is super nice and has a nice back garden with a lot of plants and a bit of animals. For service I only give 4stars . Because as a Michelin restaurant I expected high quality service . The staff served very quickly but the attitude was a bit cold . The food was very nice and tasty . Personally feel the pallea is a bit too salty. Ps : the have a metro station near by . But suggest by car they have a free parking place.
