I placed a home delivery order at 5:50 pm on Sunday for a veggie pizza. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, but after an hour and 10 minutes passed, the pizza still hadn't arrived. I called the restaurant and was informed that they were waiting for the delivery driver to return. After another 30 minutes, I called again to inquire about my order, and was told it would be next to go out. I was not happy about the delay, especially since it was way past the original time given. Just moved to Pailey and thought I give Napolitanos a try. Horrific mistake. I hope you don't make the same. SOnly three customers are allowed in the shop, but not to worry. The staff, all ten of them, are basically feeling each other up behind the counter. So I ordered a single hamburger and a roll. Which was apparently almost £5. Girl took my money put it in the till and walked away. No change from £10 for me. After pointing this out. She got my change, rubbed her hand all over her exposed nose and handed it to me directly. Used just eat app. Ordered for around 18.05 20 mins later I spent a further 5 minutes trying to get through. Eventually someone picked up only to say can you hold. Ridiculous. So at last I spoke to someone this now getting to almost half an hour late. The response. We're busy. That guy needs some training. No customer care skills. If you order your food an hour in advance. The restaurant should stick to or around time requested. When the food finally arrived (note delivery driver used my driveway to park) it was pretty poor but so hungry forced as much as I could. We had heard that the fish and chips at this restaurant were delicious. When we arrived and placed our order, we had to wait for our fish to be cooked. We didn't mind, and we even asked to try the chips while we waited, and they quickly gave us a generous portion. The chips were tasty. When we got home and tried the food, it was fantastic. One suggestion for other fish and chip shops is to use takeaway bags that keep the food hot during the 10-minute journey. One critique is that they should consider changing their supplier for tartar sauce, as we did not enjoy the taste of it.

Went in recently and ordered a spaghetti bolognese,as I was seriously hungry.Got home and removed the zillions of wrapping layers to reveal a forlorn ,petite tin foil tray containing my food .Consisted of a few anorexic spaghetti strands,and needed an electron microscope to spot any mince.Would 've got more meat from macerating a flea 's foreskin! This rubbish for £4.70? Should be reported to trading standards! Looked as though they 'd bought a 30p tin from Lidl 's/Aldi 's and heated it up.Will never revisit.Utter muck.....
Ordered a pizza after an hour and twenty minutes called back as no delivery as yet. Told he would be a couple of minutes called back again twenty mins later to say he had left and it was definetly on the day meaning it was out in his car cold for over twenty minutes. Starving after long car journey home , stopped here for fish supper. Paid nearly £15 for 2 fish suppers. Reheated dried up chips, soggy batter, tasteless fish, lukewarm!! Most of it went in the bin. Disappointing! Come on Napolitano up your game! Also no social distancing screens, staff not wearing masks or gloves but can’t get your money quick enough! Won’t be back
Called a delivery 2 hours ago and still not came even though I was told 30 mins ago it would be leaving in 5 to 10 mins. They did say they were very busy but 2 hours and counting is a fkn joke , wee tip maybe try hiring more delivery drivers if you know your gonna be busy on boxing day .

Decided to get a bag of chips on way home.. opened them within 1 minute of leaving shop, they were cold, horrible and greasy.. feel cheated out of my £2.20, disgusting food and service.. how hard is it to provide a bag of hot chips.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS..
