My partner and I went to Nara Lounge around 7:30 when it wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday night, plenty of seats. The greeter (a short lady with glasses) showed us to a booth table which we were instructed to be finished by 8:45. Absolutely horrific, the food and argileh had appeared around 8:20; and the lady had expected us to be finished by then. She demanded that we would only have 5 minutes left and gave us the bill. No other table was given the bill beforehand , except us. We were paying customers and the bill was approximately over $100. Personally, I was furious at this treatment as she kept pestering us to leave and finish our meal. It was not our faults that she had given us a rese...

Came here as a group of 8 the beginning of the night was promising until we ordered our food and it didn’t come for another hour, in saying that only half the food came out and we waited about two hours in total for all our food which is ridiculous, when my Laham shawarma came out there was no reason for it to have taken two hours to come out it was a bit of meat and just a rocket salad.. unbelievable. We complained to the manager who was rude and we kept receiving dirty looks all night from staff and the manager. After our horrible experience with the food we were hoping the shisha could make up for it, we got seated and waited 20 mins before a waiter came to take our order. Waited another...

I gave this place 2 stars not because the food isn’t good, but because of the whole experience. We came here for a feed with our little one, we waited at the entry to be seated as the sign says, for about 5 minutes before the right person acknowledged us and gave us a seat, the dining section of the restaurant was empty it was a Wednesday night so I’m not sure why everyone kept walking past us not saying anything, anyway, we got a seat. The menu is pricey compared to the other more known Lebanese restaurants (al-aseel, jasmins) hot chips $9 Fatoush $19 Mixed plate $38 It took another 10-15 minutes to get served I don’t know why, it was empty I had to wave a waiter to come to me. The food is...

Visited Nara lounge with a party of 7 on a Saturday. Of course I expected it to be busy but you’d think they would be use to it. Firstly I was waiting in a line for ten minutes when I had a table reserved. Then I waited over twenty minutes just to get served by a waiter. Then another 30 minutes just for the shisha and half of the food. It took another 20 minutes for the rest of my food to come. So my chips were cold by the time I got my main meal which the chips were ordered as a side to the main meal anyway so I expected them to be brought out at the same time. Although I can say the chicken was amazing. However it is very overpriced for such an average size plate. The atmosphere is great a... Book a table now

Very expensive menu compared to other Lebanese and middle eastern cuisines. Service was too much lovely waiter continually kept interrupting our conversation to ask if everything was okay. Ask once and if we need you, we will approach you. The shisha was more expensive than what I'm use to but it was a hit and a miss. We had to book the shisha before we ate as they told us it was already overbooked. Wouldn't come back here unless I was desperate for shisha and all my regulars in Bankstown and Auburn randomly shut down.

The staff were polite but we were kept to a small, less attractive area with a smoker wafting the area as they said they were unstaffed at lunch. Fair enough. But at 3pm they opened the lovely spaces, far lovelier and commensurate of a fun dining experience and customers and staff ate there. Disappointed as ambience is important. Food very average. Certainly not bad but nothing was delicious as we hoped something would be.

Yes there are several really good Lebanese restaurants around but this place as a package has it all. Decent Food, lovely ambience, comfort, space, location and lovely decor make this place a winner. Kebabs were slightly burnt which was disappointing but overall the banquet was really enjoyable. Kids loved cheesy fries.Prepare to pay a little more though. Will return.

Everything was fresh and so delicious. There was a long wait for food but worth it, and what can you expect when 250 people want to eat at the same time! First time here and sat in the lounge area and enjoyed a argilah too. You better book though as I saw so many people being turned away at the door, lucky my friend booked. Will be back for sure.
