restaurant specialized in trout soup. The trucha(s) is brought into a casserole in the middle. each trout is extracted to each diner, leaving the broth in the casserole. They remove the casserole, and on that same broth, they make the soup with bread (pa castellana, but with the taste of the trout that has been made previously.) also menu of several dishes, including crocetas, rabas, fish, meat. appropriate prices, and abundant rations. the local also, a very well decorated living room. eye that the entrance is a small bar, and deceives a little about what the restaurant is.
