My Castro Valley Nation’s is great. I walked in for dinner and was greeted by Alejandra. She took my order correctly and asked if I wanted pie (very tempting). As I waited I watched Alejandra work. She pleasantly said goodbye to her colleague and took up her cooking station after she put on gloves. The phone would ring and she’d take orders, more customers were dropping in, and online orders were coming too. All along, she was patient, pleasant, efficient, calm, and sweet.
