I purchased a vegan sourdough, a vegan mini pizza, and a vegan scroll for takeout (since there was no dining option available). The sourdough was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the scroll. The mini pizza was good, but not exceptionally thrilling. The staff was knowledgeable about vegan options, which was appreciated. I would love to return and try more of their delicious baked goods.
brot is amazing. since the change of managements last year, however, there was a massive decline of the available vegan options and suddenly dinge like speck and egg rolls in the cabinets (what never happened, that is, as I knew there was a change of managements) but I must give them credit now because they have slowly started to increase their vegan options.
I requested a vegan salad sandwich from the kind staff at the restaurant. They even suggested adding roasted vegetables. I agreed, and it turned out to be one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was delicious and the dressing was incredible. I am in love with this sandwich!
