"This cafe is consistently good for food and friendly staff. You have to be prepared to tolerate screaming little ones occasionally and they take over the rear areas with their mums and dads. Try to find a quiet nook and you won’t be disappointed."

Went on a public holiday but it was only half full, which was surprising. Waited 20 mins to order, and it was just so slow after that. I think they understaffed the kitchen. It took 30 mins to get coffees and a cake, another 20 for 4 egg and bacon rolls. We could hear several others complain. This place has good food, but some days the service is poor. The floor manager just doesn’t care and the poor staff are run off their feet. To be told “we’re busy” when clearly it’s half full is ridiculous. Staff properly!!

It has been disappointing to see what was a favourite for our family go downhill. One of the drawcards for this cafe is the outdoor cubby house and toys, sadly these are now all blackened with dirt, constant use and a breeding ground for germs. I tried to make contact with the cafe to let them know my concerns but only received a cut and paste response.

Really surprised of so many positive reviews. We had a much more disappointing experience. After 30 minutes without our orders taken, we opted to leave with a take out order. Another 15 minute wait for very ordinary coffees, and soggy, microwaved croissants left me regretting not going across the road to Levi!

This is a good cafe for kids but only when it’s warm outside. If it’s a cold day stay way because they have no heating and it’s absolutely freezing. Food is not too bad. Unfortunately hey removed the best item they had on the menu which was the chicken hoagie so we don’t go as much as we used to
