The restaurant only accepts guests with appointments, so be sure to arrive on time. There is no waiting area, making it difficult to stand around. Additionally, there is no overnight parking available, and drivers cannot access restrooms. It's important that trailers are kept clean and dry. The loading docks can be quite tight, but the shipping staff are friendly and accommodating.
Horrible leadership, very unprofessional, and non confidential. Your business will spread like wild fire. They tend to take a lot personal in this job. The clock in process is very unreasonable. 20 min lunches on 12 hour shifts w two 15 minute breaks. They are highly strict on top of being unreasonable w time. They favor certain individuals. Dress code is strict
Attention truckers: Please, please, please avoid this place for pickups or any other needs. It's one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. They will ruin your logbook like a hungry dog. The staff is incredibly slow, and the docks are cramped with no room to maneuver. Come here at your own risk! Book a table now
It is a beautiful place to work 2023. Great wage in the upper teens or low 20's. If you are not lazy and responsible for your actions, and your work ethics is good. They will be in good hands with possible progress. Excellent management in the sanitary department.
I wish I could give a 0 rating. The Hazelwood Missouri site was terrible. I worked there for three weeks and a man brought a gun to work and was allowed to keep his job. I quit today. Very unsure and poisonous environments.
A possible solution would be to allow drivers to park in the back. Once they have the correct paperwork, you can call them to come back and pick up their loads when they're free to leave.
Don’t come if you’re in any sort of hurry! Not an easy back into dock. Almost 4 hours to get loaded. Book a table now
