The menu is not prominently displayed and off to the right of the counter with no prices tagged with the dishes. Prices are written in minuscule sized font on a piece of A4 paper that you can’t read unless you get really close and squint. The young guy at the counter straight up told me “I don’t know, maybe $20 or something” when I asked him the price of the mixed platter. Have been going to this place for a long time and they have changed owners I think like twice. Their food quality isn't like before but the owners son who is at the restaurant side is a good guy but their is a guy who works in the kitchen wears a bandana kind is rude and if he isn't careful is gonna get checked. The grocery side is well stocked with turkish product's. Hence the 3 stars
It's one of the dirtiest places I've ever seen in my life. I bought rice, a bug came out of the rice, I returned the rice, they took it from me and took it to the kitchen. I don't know if they will serve it to the customers as food or throw it in the trash, but I've never seen another business that was this dirty and degraded the taste this much.
Visit the Turkish restaurant; it's not upscale, but the food is consistently excellent. I've been going there more frequently in the mornings lately since my kids really enjoy the breakfast omelettes available until 11 AM. The Künefe is always a fantastic option as it's freshly baked. The shop next door is also worth checking out.

The very BEST authentic Turkish food on Long Island! In love with the kebabs and fresh lentil soup along with the in house made bread that’s made to perfection! The market next door is super too!
Over priced and the young person behind the counter is not professional, and he doesn't care about his customers. All other people behind the counter should deal with the customers instead .
Great food and atmosphere. The lahmacun is the best. Everyone should definitely try that first
