Visited the restaurant on a midweek after work catch up with friends. When ordering we asked for tap water in which the waiter replied they do not provide tap water due to covid we asked why and he had no justification and that it was...just due to covid. He then went onto say they do not provide their usual on the house side salad either as again due to covid We were baffled as to why they refuse tap water as by law they cant refuse this. We carried on eating then as just a few mins before finishing the food a waiter put a sign up on the wall next to us which said card machine not working, cash only This sign was up even last year as we remember and you could tell it was a sign which was be...

We've ordered mutton (lamb) karahi, keema naan, mutton kebabs mango lassi. I could understand their restrictions with spices and everything because they are operating in London and they have to consider the local pallete tolerance' for spicy food. Mutton karahi fall flat to impress, meat was overcooked. Their mutton kebabs have great spice marination but they didn't consider to cook the meat properly. I liked the keema naan, perfectly stuffed and crispy. Mango lassi, which is loved all over London, was one of the disappointing ones to taste here. All-in-all, it was the restaurant with below average taste of meals, keema naan being an exception!EPILOGUE: Since I was told by a die-hard Needoo...

let's say, I know my food! They can say it from my waist! in so many Pakistani/Bangladeshi restaurants in my lifetime was this the best I have experienced in my life! ok parking was on a Saturday evening and the decoration / tables...can be with updating, but easily forgotten when they taste their food. the personal was always attentive, even the owner ali came by to check us, more humble. we had a few dishes between me and my wife, all the dishes were incredible, but the dry meat dish was excellent. To take half the food away, guess what our Sunday dinner will be? By the way, they can take their own alcoholic drinks without a cork fee. not even a service fee. will go again and take the next...

I've been here before, and I can say I loved the food here. The peri peri chicken is easily the highlight and the lamb curries are delicious! However, my biggest gripe with this place is the service charge which is of your total bill......Now I would have no problem paying for service but ONLY if it was absolutely perfect and top form, Needo's, whilst their service is fine, is nowhere near worthy of a forced tip. Because of this, I really feel put off whenever I want to go here and I have a feeling many feel the same. This service charge may be good in the short term but it will only end with you losing customers like me. Book a table now

it was recommended to visit here by friends. could not believe that the terrible hygiene here fails. plates had previous oily fat and drinking glasses still fingerprints and lipstick marks, itchy! they sent replacement glasses and they were also stained. the personal had also very bad clothes. I would. advise the consumers to look for better quality and hygienic eating outs. they really want to put waste and bad hygienic food in the mouth. why they were not visited by health.

used here often before dinning kovid and used to love eating and service. recently sat in over months and was somewhat disappointed. the mixed grill starter and dry lamb curry was earlier to die, but. now it was pretty cut. will eventually go back in the hope that it was a good one.

positives: BYO and a few veggie dishes namely the paneer starter and the pumpkin (tinder) curry, staff pleasant, negatives: could have been spicier, for you meat eaters lamb chops overcooked and dry, not the bargain it used to be

This place used to do good food and very tasty mixed grills and now I’m shocked at their portion sizes and quality. Really disappointing also if you get a kebab roll they cut sheek kebab and cut it in half to make kebabs Book a table now
